This is an early-stage product. It stays on this page, marked as in development, until it has been tested with real users and its limits are clear.
Practical technology, built around real problems.
Alongside our consultancy work, Wolf Rock Tech builds focused technology demonstrators and researches practical products for specific business problems.
Nothing on this page is a launched product yet. Each idea starts with a real workflow, clear ownership and evidence of what would make it useful.
At a glance
Where each idea is today. We research first, then build, and we only call something launched once real people are using it. Nothing has launched yet.

An idea we are building toward.
A UK app that lets someone tell a vehicle’s owner about a problem, such as lights left on or a blocked driveway, using only the number plate. The idea is by Continuity Through Planning; we built the working demonstration and pilot.

Looking for our AI governance demonstrators (ImpactIQ, SupplierIQ and GovernIQ)? They sit with our consultancy work. See them under Work.
Things we built to show how we work.
Running examples on fictional or sandbox data. None is a client deployment or a product for sale.
Live checks across five systems, mapped to controls. See the demonstrator.
Service desk, incident and partner signals in one view, with correlation and per-audience SLA. See the demonstrator.
A fictional membership and events setup, built with an AI assistant and tested for what breaks. See the demonstrator.
What we're researching and building now
We're currently speaking with small businesses to understand how they track job profitability, costs and the places where money can quietly slip through the cracks.
Research before software
We don't want to build technology based on assumptions.
Before developing a product, we talk to the people who experience the problem, test our hypotheses and look for evidence that a simpler or better solution would genuinely help.
That approach reflects the wider Wolf Rock Tech philosophy: understand first, then build or recommend what is actually needed.
